Art Yoga
Breath in and move to the art.
Welcome to our cocoon of softness. Surrounded by luminous art, we invite you to release stress and surrender to the soothing rhythm of your own body.
This will be a slow class, connecting movement with breath and art. You will leave the class feeling recharged and fully stretched! Both beginners and experienced yogis are welcome.
Please bring your own mat. Cushions and blankets are available.
